  2. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  3. Add the cooled milk mixture and beaten eggs to the yeast mixture. Stir in the flour and salt until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
  6. The next day, remove the dough from the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  8. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  9. Spread the softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  10. Roll up the dough tightly from the long side and cut into 12 equal rolls.
