Crush the Oreo cookies and mix them with melted butter. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.

In another bowl, whisk together instant chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened. Pour the pudding over the cream cheese layer.

Top with the remaining whipped topping.

Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies on top.
