Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Crush the Oreo cookies and mix them with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream and flour until just combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate with the heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour the chocolate ganache over the cooled cheesecake.
