Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt, and mix until well combined.

Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
