  3. Stir in the plain flour, beer, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, remove the sides of the pan and let the cheesecake cool completely on a wire rack.
  7. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
