Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan.

Stir in the plain flour, beer, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, remove the sides of the pan and let the cheesecake cool completely on a wire rack.
