  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
