  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner halfway with batter, then spoon a teaspoon of Nutella on top.
  7. Cover the Nutella with more batter until the liners are about 3/4 full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
  10. To make the frosting, beat together the powdered sugar and remaining Nutella until smooth and creamy.
  11. Once the cupcakes have cooled, frost them with the Nutella frosting.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
