  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar and egg mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
