  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the sugar and egg mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
