  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  3. Stir in the cooked egg noodles, raisins, and diced apples.
  4. Grease a baking dish and transfer the noodle mixture into it. Sprinkle the top with crushed cornflakes.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
  6. Allow the noodle pudding to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
