In a large bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.

Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.

Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate over the oat mixture and spread evenly.
