  3. In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the dough.
  4. Starting from the long side, tightly roll up the dough into a log. Cut the log into 12 equal slices.
