Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Add the flour and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and chocolate chips.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
