Mushroom, Parmesan and Basil Muffins

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

Stir in the mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, and fresh basil.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and olive oil.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
