Sriracha sauce is named after the coastal city of Si Racha in Thailand, where it originated.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the bread loaf diagonally, making cuts about 1 inch apart, but not all the way through.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the Sriracha sauce and butter. Spread the mixture between the slices of bread.
  4. Stuff the grated cheddar cheese between the slices of bread.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder and dried parsley on top of the bread.
  6. Wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Unwrap the loaf and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bread is golden.
  8. Let the bread rest for 10 minutes before serving.
