Mushroom Basket Appetizers
Mushrooms are a great source of umami, which is known as the fifth taste alongside sweet, sour, salty, and bitter.
This is vegetarian, gluten free and low carb recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 8.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Stuff each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture.

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
