Frittata is an Italian dish similar to an omelette or crustless quiche, made with eggs and various ingredients mixed together.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Add onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened.

Add spinach and cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until wilted.

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, making sure it covers all the vegetables.

Crumble feta cheese on top of the frittata.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Slice and serve warm.
