Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.

Spoon small portions of the batter onto the pan to form mini pancakes.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

In a saucepan, heat the mixed berries and maple syrup over low heat until warm.
