  2. In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and add flour. Stir until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and let it cool slightly.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition until smooth.
  6. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a large round tip.
  7. Pipe 3-inch long strips onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the eclairs cool completely.
  10. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and cream together.
  11. Dip the top of each eclair into the chocolate mixture.
  12. In a separate bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  13. Drizzle the glaze over the chocolate-dipped eclairs.
  14. Let the glaze set for 10 minutes before serving.
