  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the Kahlua, milk, and vanilla extract.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the cupcakes cool in the tin for 5 minutes.
