  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined muffin tin to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream and flour until just combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly jiggly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the cheesecakes cool in the tin for 10 minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to set.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
