  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined muffin tin to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and flour.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly jiggly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
