In a medium saucepan, bring the vegetable broth to a boil. Add the millet and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the millet is tender.

While the millet is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant. Add the mushrooms and broccoli or broccoli raab and cook for 5-7 minutes, until tender.

Once the millet is cooked, remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.

Serve the millet polenta topped with the sautéed mushrooms and broccoli or broccoli raab. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to taste.
