  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into rectangles of equal size.
  3. Place the pastry rectangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the Seville orange curd by whisking together the juice and zest of the oranges, eggs, sugar, butter, and cornstarch in a saucepan.
  5. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
  6. Remove the curd from the heat and let it cool completely.
  7. Once the puff pastry rectangles have cooled, spread a layer of Seville orange curd on top of half of them.
  8. Place the remaining puff pastry rectangles on top to create sandwiches.
  9. Whip the cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  10. Pipe or spoon the whipped cream on top of the millefeuille.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar and serve chilled.
