Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook lasagna sheets according to the package instructions.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add sliced eggplant, zucchini, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet. Sauté until vegetables are tender.

Add tomato sauce and dried oregano to the skillet. Stir well.

In a baking dish, layer lasagna sheets, vegetable sauce, and fresh basil.

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of lasagna sheets.

Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
