In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out each dough disk on a lightly floured surface to a 1/8-inch thickness. Cut out circles using a round cookie cutter or a glass.

Place the circles on the prepared baking sheet. Spread a spoonful of strawberry jam in the center of each circle, leaving a border around the edges.

Use a knife or toothpick to create a marbled effect by swirling the chocolate dough into the strawberry jam.
