  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.

  5. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Serve chilled with whipped cream and lemon slices on top.
