  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, shredded coconut, sliced almonds, almond extract, salt, and powdered sugar.
  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the mixture to firm up.
  4. Once the mixture is firm, use a spoon or a cookie scoop to portion out small truffle-sized balls.
  5. Roll each portion into a smooth ball using your hands.
  6. Place the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and melt them in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  7. Dip each truffle ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
  8. Place the coated truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Repeat the dipping process for all the truffle balls.
  10. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to allow the chocolate coating to set.
