  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black sesame seeds.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the lemon zest, lime zest, lemon juice, and lime juice.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the loaves to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lime juice to make the glaze.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled loaves.
