  2. Cut the puff pastry sheets into 12 equal rectangles.
  3. Place the pastry rectangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. In a bowl, mix the lemon curd, whipped cream, powdered sugar, and lemon zest.
  6. Once the pastry rectangles have cooled, slice each rectangle in half horizontally.
  7. Spread a layer of the lemon cream mixture onto the bottom half of each pastry rectangle.
  8. Place the top half of the pastry rectangle on top of the lemon cream mixture.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
