Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares or rectangles.

Place a spoonful of lemon cream cheese in the center of each pastry square, then top with a handful of mixed berries.

Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle and use a fork to seal the edges.

Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush the turnovers with the beaten egg.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
