Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped onion, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.

Add the broccoli florets to the bowl and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter.

Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the casserole.

Bake for 40 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
