Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet on medium-high heat.

Add diced onion and cook until translucent.

Add diced carrot and cook for a few minutes until slightly softened.

Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs with a spatula.

Add the cooked rice to the wok and stir-fry with the vegetables and eggs.

Add green peas and continue stir-frying for another minute.

Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice mixture and stir to combine.

Season with salt and black pepper powder, and stir-fry for a few more minutes.
