Use a round cookie cutter to cut out circles from the dough.

Place the dough circles on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden.

Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely.

Prepare the JELL-O Strawberry Gelatin according to the package instructions.

Dip the top of each cookie into the gelatin to create the Santa hat shape.

Place a dollop of whipped cream on top of each cookie.

Slice the fresh strawberries and place one slice on top of the whipped cream.

Place a mini marshmallow on top of the strawberry slice.

Use the red decorating icing to create a small pom-pom on top of the marshmallow.
