Roll out the sugar cookie dough and cut into circles.

Press the dough circles into a muffin tin to form cups.

Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

In a bowl, dissolve the JELL-O mix in boiling water.

Stir in cold water and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Pour the JELL-O mixture into the cookie cups.

Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
