  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat milk and butter until butter is melted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Add milk mixture, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  6. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle. Sprinkle the chocolate over the dough.
  7. Roll up the dough tightly, starting from the long side. Pinch the seam to seal.
  8. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush the top of the dough with vegetable oil.
  10. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
