  1. Crush the chocolate graham crackers into fine crumbs.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter and mix it with the crushed graham crackers.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Soften the vanilla ice cream and spread half of it over the crust.
  5. Drizzle half of the hot fudge sauce over the ice cream.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ice cream and hot fudge sauce.
  7. Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Before serving, remove the cake from the springform pan and decorate with whipped cream and sprinkles.
  9. Slice and serve.
