Jalapeno poppers are believed to have originated in the United States and are a popular appetizer in Tex-Mex cuisine.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped jalapenos, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs and melted butter.

Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the dip.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and the dip is heated through.
