Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.

Gradually add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the diced jalapeno peppers, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and chopped parsley.

Grease a Bundt pan or a round cake pan.

Scoop spoonfuls of the dough into the pan, creating an even layer.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Allow the monkey bread to cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
