Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined.

Add the vanilla extract and eggs to the mixture, one at a time, stirring well after each addition.

Gradually add the flour to the batter and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
