  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream and lemon juice.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Optional: Gently swirl in the blueberries.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
