Hulda’s Krumkake
Krumkake is a traditional Norwegian waffle cookie that is often made during the Christmas season.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cardamom, and milk. Mix until smooth.

Heat a krumkake iron over medium heat.

Spoon a tablespoon of batter onto the center of the iron and close it. Cook for about 30 seconds, or until golden brown.

Carefully remove the krumkake from the iron and roll it into a cone shape using a cone-shaped mold or by hand.

Place the rolled krumkake on a wire rack to cool and set.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the krumkake with whipped cream and fresh berries.
