  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs. Melt the butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and cocoa powder.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  5. Transfer the cheesecake to a wire rack and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
