  2. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, hot chocolate mix, and all-purpose flour. Stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few crumbs.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Cut the brownies into triangle shapes to resemble Santa hats.
  7. Place a dollop of whipped cream on each brownie triangle.
  8. Top each hat with a strawberry, pointed end up.
  9. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stovetop.
  10. Use a toothpick or small piping bag to draw a line of white chocolate across the base of each strawberry to create the fur trim of the hat.
  11. Let the white chocolate set before serving. Enjoy!
