Hot Chocolate Santa Hat Brownies
Santa Claus is known for his red hat, but did you know that the original Santa Claus, Saint Nicholas, wore a bishop’s hat instead? The Santa hat we know today was popularized by a cartoonist in the 1800s.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 55 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 9.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, hot chocolate mix, and all-purpose flour. Stir until well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few crumbs.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Cut the brownies into triangle shapes to resemble Santa hats.

Place a dollop of whipped cream on each brownie triangle.

Top each hat with a strawberry, pointed end up.

Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stovetop.

Use a toothpick or small piping bag to draw a line of white chocolate across the base of each strawberry to create the fur trim of the hat.
