In a bowl, mix the apple cubes with sugar and cinnamon. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto each puff pastry square. Fold the corners of the pastry squares towards the center, creating a small bundle. Place the apple bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Melt the butter and brush it over the apple bites. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
