In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and dried herbs.

Add olive oil and warm water to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rest for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Punch down the dough and divide it into small pieces.
