Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the broccoli florets, red bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and cheddar cheese to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.

Grease a muffin tin and pour the vegetable and egg mixture evenly into the cups.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until the quiches are set and lightly golden on top.

Allow the quiches to cool for 5 minutes before removing them from the muffin tin.
