Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.

In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, bran flakes, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, egg, vegetable oil, plain yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the raisins.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
