  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. Add the dried cranberries to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the coconut oil. Add the melted coconut oil, honey, egg, vanilla extract, and almond milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  6. Fold in the banana cranberry mixture until evenly distributed.
