Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round cake pan.

In a large bowl, combine the hazelnut flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, stevia (or sugar substitute), melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, spread whipped cream on top and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
